Creative Bloc is a community studio for arts and pottery in Glasgow North-West, intersecting Firhill, Maryhill and Queens Cross. Whether you’re an experienced artist or a curious beginner, our studio is a welcoming space for anyone to explore their creativity.
Founded by artists with over 20 years experience in making, curating and community organizing; Creative Bloc brings together a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to support others in their creative journey.
Members can access the studio during open hours for self-led projects, while our diverse range of classes provides opportunities for everyone to learn new techniques or refine existing skills.

A Social Enterprise

We are a social enterprise committed to improving wellbeing in our community by making art & creative activities more accessible. Any profit generated from our activities will be invested to this aim. We keep our prices as affordable as we can whilst supporting artists and facilitators by paying fairly for their work. We are grateful to have received the Start It award and Start It Plus award, the Scottish Government’s Social Entrepreneurs Funds from Firstport.
